why do you only sell lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds—chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is how they’re made. We broke this down in detail in this journal post if you want the full story.

how do I know the diamonds are real? Can I get an IGI certificate?

All our diamonds are certified. If you’d like an IGI certificate, you can add it at checkout for a small fee. It takes an extra two days since we get it graded at the IGI office in New York before shipping to you.

why are nocolor products priced more affordably compared to similar brands?

Yes! We offer installment payments through Shop Pay at checkout. On each product page, you’ll see your monthly payment breakdown based on the item's price.

We don’t keep inventory—each piece is made for you. Most orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but the exact lead time is listed on each product page.

can I send my jewelry in for professional cleaning?

can I request an engraving or a small design tweak?

Yes! We can engrave names, dates, or special messages. Just place your order, then email hello@nocolornyc.com with your engraving request.

can I get a product in a color you don’t offer?

Most likely, yes! If we only list something in white gold but you want it in yellow gold, email hello@nocolornyc.com or chat with us. We’ll confirm and send you a custom link to purchase. In most cases, there’s no extra cost.
